Not at all. We specifically welcome people with zero real estate experience. Our structured training program takes you from complete beginner to confident, income-generating realtor. All you need is drive and a willingness to learn.
Is there a joining or training fee?
No. Onboarding and training are completely free. We invest in your growth because when you succeed, we succeed. There are no hidden fees or upfront costs to join the Prince Emmy Consult realtor team.
Can I do this alongside my current job?
Absolutely. Many of our realtors started part-time alongside their existing careers. Real estate sales is flexible — you can prospect, follow up, and close deals around your schedule. Many eventually transition to full-time as their income grows.
How soon can I make my first sale?
With consistent application of the training, many of our new realtors close their first deal within 2–6 weeks of onboarding. Faith O. sold her first plot within 2 weeks. Speed depends on your effort, but our system is designed to get you results fast.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid upon successful completion of a sale and client payment. You'll receive a clear breakdown of your earnings for every deal. We believe in full transparency around compensation — no surprises.
Do I need to be in Port Harcourt?
Not necessarily. Our network includes realtors across Nigeria. Training is conducted in-person and virtually, and our properties can be sold to buyers nationwide. However, being in Port Harcourt gives you closer access to site inspections and team events.
